*All deposits are equal to one month's rent. There is a $30 non-refundable application fee. Approval is based on three criteria: credit report, two years of rental history, and two years of employment history. Applications take up to 3 business days to process. Click here for a pdf version of our application. You can obtain a free Adobe Reader program from www.adobe.com. The application can be submitted to our office along with a check or money order for your application fee, and a picture ID. Please note, if you submit an application via fax or email, that an application is not complete without an application fee and picture ID, therefore a unit is still available and subject to other applications being placed ahead of an incomplete application. Also, unrecognized attachments will not be opened. If you are emailing an application, a note referencing the property and how you will handle getting the application fee and picture ID to us should be included.
